Very busy day today, so will try to get a little exercise in later. My Vivofit2 is reminding me to move, so that's a good thing. :-)

Didn't weigh today as I had to be up at 4 AM, but am thinking about just weighing once/week. As long as I track all my food, I think I will be fine.
