I have been very ill the last week or two. Combination of a Sinus infection, plus a debacle with my epilepsy Medicene, which causes weight gain.
Today i will be drinking Sprite, due to the lack of drinkable water in my work environment. I will eat no bread, in any form today, which is a challenge in itself.
I have finally gotten my sleep machine off the ground, and so i will start a workout at lunchtime, 30 mins walking on the treadmill.
65lbs is a huge weight loss goal for me, but i know i can do it.
