Having a bad fibro flare up atm so haven’t been really exercising or tracking my calories going to try and get back in it get my mind out of the gutter 🤞 hope everyone is having a lovely weekend x
170.6 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
