Been out of the loop for a few weeks with the weight hanging around the 276-277 range. Still working out five days a week and will be adjusting the low carb diet back to the six small meal version to see if that shakes things up a bit. Still looking to see a decent drop by labor day.

Hang in there. It does take some time and experimenting to learn what is successful in losing weight. This information will be used to maintain your new lifestyle at your goal weight.
