Let the journey begin,I got rid of most of the bad food from the house and bought healthy alternatives like quinoa, fresh fruit and vegetables, amaranth ,started coking with coconut oil and pouting extra virgin olive oil in the slates, no more sweets and junk food . I have a cheat day in which I eat some foods that I love and are with cheese, but other then that I hope that I will be able to stay committed and change my life so that I can be more healthy and fit!
