Got to 149.4 yesterday, but back up a bit today. 145 is goal and SO CLOSE but it's getting real hard. Guess I gotta start working out more.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is a mistake to weigh yourself everyday. Your body will fluctuate with water weight on a daily basis. Seeing the scale go north a day after it went south can detract from your efforts. With me, I get discouraged and give up. I look for any excuse to give up and eat like a pig again. DON'T DO IT!

You'll get there, keeping it off is going to be the challenge.

It's hard to stay off the scale and going up and down doesn't bother me. It know it's normal. I was just hoping to stay before 150 and now I'm back at it. I'll get there! I want to get to 145, but so long as I stay below 150 I'll be happy. I'm in trim phase now and maintenance shouldn't be bad. PLus, I can just do another 8 day on my program to trim back up!

Hang with your plan - it works. And, yes, the scale fluctuates - just look for your downward trend.
