Funny thing about success is you measure it against your last success... bad idea... every success is a success regardless of quantity or quality and every non-success is a temporary issue one is currently struggling with. I'm well ahead of my schedule but have been getting disappointed with the slowing rate of weight loss. Am I NUTS? I didn't expect to be this weight till the fall and I have 26 lbs gone and only 12 to go. We can be so hard on ourselves. Need to stay positive and stay consistent. Try not to break your rules and don't beat yourself up if you do, just adjust and move on. I also introduced a 30 minute daily exercise regiment after week one. At this point, the great thing is "only the first 2 weeks is a diet, now it's just a healthy habit and a lifestyle change" I eat well and feel great. Till next weigh in. :)
