Hard time eating enough calories. Not much of an appetite. EVERYTHING has carbs. I like Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine frozen dinners. Fruits and veggies have carbs. On a mission to find zero to low carb dishes that taste good. Tried to eat egg and bacon for breakfast(made for me) couldn't when salt and pepper were added to egg and bacon just looked gross. I'm done whining now, tomorrow is another day. See what the scale says tomorrow. Have a good day, night.

Most meat is zero carbs, there might be some meats that do but I have yet to find one. There are fantastic kinds of pork sausages out there. Some ready to cook, some already cooked that have no carbs. They'll use carbs and starches as fillers which will allow them to 'skimp' on the amount of real meat that is put into a patty or a pork casing. My WOE is low-carb Ketogenic and it's taken some work to find the various pre-made meats that don't have fillers or preservatives. One of the biggest things for me right now is finding breakfast food, and food in general, that have minimal ingredients. ie. Sour cream should have just milk in it. When looking at the various sour creams out there I found one by Daisy that has Milk & Vit A. Other brands have 12+ ingredients. It's crazy when you compare labels of what you think are two identical foods to find that one has Pork, and the other has HFCS, Starches, Whey, artificial colors, etc.. Good luck with your searches!
