Im stuck at 198 to 197 been there for a minute gotta pick up the intensity on my work out no problem and cut them gummy worms I love so much! Lol! Taking it in stride im use to this!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
