Day 5 of my 8 day Ignite! Love these products and love this program. Was sad I gained over the weekend, but now I'm back on track and LOVING it. Feeling good today.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm on a supplement program that has an 8 day plan for shedding fat and gaining lean muscle. I'm doing them regularly to meet my goal and will use it to drop again when I slip up again. :) Shoot me a message if you wanna know more.
