Had 2 meals yesterday. Both included butter (grass-fed) & garlic pork chop with lots of GLORIOUS natural fat & cabbage w/ 🥓. One included fresh local grown 🍅, the other fresh local grown 🍓. 🤤
235.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
