Looking up different recipes. Have not eaten any red meat since 6-27, only eating chicken and turkey. Passed on ribs over holiday. Not sure what I want craving BBQ sauce ketchup, found some sugar and carb free. Food on brain, trying to avoid slip up. Frozen fruit curbs sweet cravings. I'm rambling, Have a good night.
