Wow. what a couple of days! I've done a few new things. 1 is avoiding sugar. Anything with sucrose or HFCS. I've been eating carbs still, but if it has added sugar, it's out. Second is taking B complex vitamins, and third is a more muscle/strength focused workout instead of cardio focused. I would say none of those are trivial, but probably the sugar avoidance is the most important. Hopefully this helps others of you!
