Today a lot of small things are happening usually I would turn to food. I went for a run instead and I took a melatonin and 5 htp and a prayer for sleep
133.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
