Did not sleep well, so didn't get much exercise today. Did pretty well diet wise, though.

Bought some sprouted bread today to see if my tummy can handle it. I read somewhere that if you have a wheat intolerance, that sometimes you can eat sprouted or sourdough bread. Worth a try, I think.

Tomorrow's a new day, heh?
