Started the day with a fasted cardio trail run followed by a great breakfast. Felt like such a reward 🍴🏆

@otb123 - This is one of our less technical trails about 5 minutes from my house. Overall it is fairly tame but has some rocky areas throughout. I have to drive about 30 minutes to Pine Mountain for the more challenging runs.
