Not sure of what I am doing right now. I do want to lose 106 more but it is coming off faster than expected! I have adjusted my diet to include more veggie and less sodium and since then I am losing it scary fast. I have trouble eating enough calories!, Never thought that was going to be a problem. Doctor had recommended 2000 calories and I don't think I have been able to eat that many since April when I restarted my diet. Has anyone else had a problem of losing too fast? Am I just being paranoid? What would be considered too fast? I have lost almost 2 pounds since Friday.

Part of me is jealous, but if you do think you are losing scary fast, perhaps you should check in with your doctor. Consider first if you are eating a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water. It is easy to get to 2000 calories with junk food, but it takes a lot more veggies to get you there. Make sure you are getting your desired balance of fat, protein & carbs. Also, consider how you feel? If you feel good and you are eating well, I would just enjoy the fast drop while it lasts. :)

I will check with my doctor, I just hate going there as she always finds something new! Maybe it will be a good something new this time. Thanks

I was just reading your profile. I too was quite the baker before I started trying to get healthier. Since I could no longer make the cookies and pies and cakes that I had loved, I turned that around and started branching out in other areas of cooking. I have learned a lot of new ways to prepare vegetables. I have experimented with many recipes to find some healthy dinners that the whole family enjoys so I can work them into our regular menu rotation. Good luck to you!
