Everyone has their days like that, don’t be too harsh on yourself! A 1lb gain isn’t bad at all, and can be easily lost over the week! Definitely have a picture of yourself you’re not a fan of to keep you motivated, it helped me. Think you’re doing great xx

I find that a 'fat picture' stuck on the fridge really helps but nothing beats the calorie app on here!

Thank u for ur support, i just like my food, n as for the mirror yes primark are cruel but I think also honest, don't get me wrong I no I have to shift the weight but when ur dressed it's hidden n the only mirror I have in the house is a bathroom one, good luck everyone, I had shredded wheat this morning straw in a bowl 😜 xx

You won't always be equally motivated but that's ok because you are generally on the right path, so don't be too harsh on yourself..
I find that sometimes researching new healthy recipes helps me find passion again for healthy cooking and eating and staying on track. Try it..

hi Heather, your so like me beating ourselves up but sometimes it's the only way. The saying is can you smell the roses or you mustn't stop if you want to reach the top, Thus hot weather helps because usually you drink more water usually eat less to..We are all here to support you. love and best wishes Merry Mel 🤩

Iv stayed off the sweet stuff, had more fruit, more water, only thing iv done wrong is had a sandwich for my tea cos I just can't eat anything hot, I work in a canteen n the kitchen has been soooo hot, so when I get home it's wiped me out lol xx

Heather, I feel you, no one wants to cook or eat hot food in this heat.. I think we are all struggling 😞 Occasionall sandwich is ok. Try having brown bread, or eating what my friend calls 'open sandwich' 😀 that's the one that has one slice of bread only and more toppings 😋 add some salad and that can still be very nicely balanced meal.. Bottom line, don't beat yourself up and keep doing the good work 💪 ...and don't forget to enjoy the Summer 🌞☺️

please bear in mind that heat like this causes us to retain water. so your gain might not be down to lack of willpower. it doesn't sound as though you've gone crazy with your eating. You might find that you have a sudden big loss when temperatures drop a bit
