Yesterday, I ran 2 miles so today my legs and hips hurt. Especially in this Texas heat! (Ran in upper 80 to lower 90 degree heat.) Today I was going to rest but did 20 minutes of stretching. I got bored and snacked a lot today so I decided to walk for 30 minutes. Tomorrow, I hope not to snack or be bored lol I’ve been maintaining my weight for a few months but I still ideally need to lose 20 pounds.
