Ate out one day and know I could have made better choices. However the worst part is I just had too much wine. Definitely need to be more careful when out.
Then there was the other day...I just totally did a junk food blitz. It was like I goofed and then decided I might as well just make it a junk food day. Well...you can see it on the scale.
So this week I will be back on track. No dining out plans and I will be planning my meals for the week today.
I slipped but did not fall.
