Can't believe I am losing so fast this time - it must be water weight. Was nauseous and cranky yesterday - must be the "Atkins flu". Note to self- do not eat the Atkins pizza, they are gross. I feel pretty good today and am sleeping well. I think it helps a lot to not be drinking alcohol, maybe that was where the bloat was from.
I am determined this time to lose it. I found some pictures I took in the mirror 2 years ago when I was probably this weight and my body was a train wreck then. I have to start working out this time or I will lost all that's left of my muscle mass and still won't look good even without the weight. I still have a hard time believing I look this bad - but the blobby lumps are everywhere, I have bat wings, and can't walk without the bandolettos due to the chub rub. I have to do this.
