Okay so yesterday i got on the scale and it read 293. this freaked me out 'cause i am not sure how i would have gained 11 pounds in 3 days. i don't the promblem is with the scale because i have been using the same one all this time. yet then another it is in the school's rec center. Could my weight spike be from water or muscle? I CAN NOT GO BACKWARD NOW...... i don't think i deal if i do. HELP

it is because i weighed in a different times. normally i go to the end of my day at about 6:30/7. the day i weighed in at 288 i went at about 4:30, then went back to weighing at my normal time. that sucks. i guess i'll just weight in again tomorrow night and start from there. Thanks you the help.
