Special K this morning, then rice dish for lunch, one of those pot things, uncle bens i think (other twin pot mix manufactureres are available!). Another rice dish tonight. Finding it real hard to make entries, as working unsociable shifts at the moment and always tired. Plus didnt get to the gym at all this week due to calf strain/tear/sprain. Will need to re-discipline over the weekend once the world cup football is finished, been snacking whiclst watching that, which is not good as it's like eating after midnight! Next week should be better. Hard luck ENGLAND LIONESSES you were the better team. Good Luck against the Germans for third place girls!!
