WEIGH IN DAY: 2 pounds gone! I thought I might have more gone but I just ended my period and I'm always a sponge of water during it. I'll have to check back on my list of water shedding foods and get some. I have a real problem with my body sucking up and holding on to water all the time. Even when I'm on a diuretic!
I bought new spices at Amazon and they were delivered yesterday. I got PB2 and also PB2 Chocolate which are both good in the pudding/shakes and the smoothies. I don't care too much for the strawberry yogurt smoothie but with just 1 teaspoon of PB2 Chocolate and it tastes like a whole different food! I also bought True Lime crystallized lime, garlic and cilantro seasoning. I tried it in the Chicken & Vegetable Cream soup (which I don't particularly think is yummy) and it made something tolerable in to something VERY GOOD! It was delicious!
