Been quietly putting in work over here ❤️🙏 Haven’t been in the headspace to log but I’ve been still weighing every day (which works best for me personally) and getting in close to 12k steps every day! Haven’t been exercising besides that because we’ve hit another sleep regression and life is exhausting but I keep telling myself this is just a season and it won’t last forever. Soon both my kids will sleep through the night and be able to go to sleep without my help so I just have to be patient and try to soak in the time I have rather than be exhausted about it. I hope y’all are doing great and that you have a day that’s as amazing as you are!
148.6 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
