Finally the scale starts to move in the right direction again. I don't handle plateau's very well, especially when they last almost two weeks!
147.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great weight loss! And plateaus are just so demoralising but you know you are doing the right thing and the weight has to budge eventually! We've got the same body shape, my thighs are the last place I lose fat from. And I can tell you've got a nice sixpack coming along.

I changed up my exercise routine, figured out that I'm supposed to be working out in my 60-70% heart rate zone, I guess I work out too hard and stay in the cardio zone instead. Now I find that I need to slow down and maintain and it seems to have paid off. I was also in the middle of my cycle but instead of gaining, I just stayed the same and then it all dropped off almost over night. And I'm not eating anything at night anymore like I used to.

That last thought (about not eating at night) is crucial. I never realized how important it was to eat (or not eat) certain food at different times of the day. That was something that really improved my results as well.
