Followed plan perfectly yesterday but by night time I had the munchies...so aggravating. I munched on a few macadamia nuts, pork rinds and string cheese. Oh and an Atkins coconut bar. Never could get satisfied. The coconut bars aren't that good and I ate it anyway! WTF??
