Feel free to follow my eating plan. I have created what I call the 'Ancient Scheme' which is based on biochemically inspired principles with an ancient food approach eating.

I have about 1.5 yrs of complete food calendar entries back starting in Aug 2010 and also in 2012-2013 where I started to test my Ancient Scheme idea. Feel free to have a look back in the archives.

I tried to check it out but it says it is not shared (Your diet). For weight loss I am counting calories and succeeding well. For lifting, I am not sure how I will proceed dietarily. I have been following this site recently http://aworkoutroutine.com

So I got back to Sept 2012 and saw some of the items and it looks like we have a very similar diet already. My general mix is 27 carb 13 fat and 60 protien. I have protien shakes (MLO Super High Protien) with banana or other fruit and veggie juice for two to three meals a day, two sausages and hard boiled egg for dinner, and either a shake at night or some other meal, usually something with fat, or more protien. I am waiting for them to integrate S-Health and then I can sync up my diet info.

Yes, we have a very similar approach then with those ratios. I will keep up with how you are doing...thanks Sir!
