So, earlier today I got on the elliptical and pushed myself further. According to the machine I burned 412 calories in my 30 minute session. I am totally stoked!!! :) I realized that there are more resistance levels on it than the six I had previously thought. :) So, once I get a tad more comfortable with resistance 6, I will move up to 7. I plan on pushing myself further and harder. With the realization that I do have it in me to push this hard, I want to push harder. Just scared I might over do it. My brother tells me to take it slow. I know I should listen to him, but I feel awesome. :)
Another session on the elliptical. I didn't push as hard, but still burned a good amount of calories: 372. Cannot complain.
Right now I am contemplating another session. Not sure if I'm going to or not.
