Not being able to run due to the knee has proved to be a very challenging feat. Im slightly depressed about this, and I think that my body has become reliant on that form of excercise to secret the endorphins which I desperately need. Today is the start of the Micheal Phelps excercise(swimming) and we'll see what level of workout I can attain from that. I am confident that my swimming distance will not even be close to that of running or rowing. Happy Wednesday everyone!
