Feeling pretty invincible now.

I had a big bowl of ice cream yesterday, and I'm still in ketosis this morning. I also lost about 1.6 lbs. (from 215.4 to 213.8) since last Monday. That with hitting all of my objectives over the last six weeks. BAM.

My goals before my next doctors appointment - be below 35% body fat, put on 6 lbs. of lean muscle mass, increase my basal metabolic rate by another 30 kcal.

Wish me luck!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
