I guess I'll give a little update since it's been awhile.



My trainer is still in the hospital. :( Poor guy. My training session hasn't been rescheduled yet, so I'm starting to get really antsy about it. I hate going to the gym and doing all these old techniques not-professionals taught me in high school and college when I see everyone around me doing these techniques they obviously got from a trainer. I'm starting to be convinced everyone there had at some trainer time. It's really intimidating but really motivating at the same time.



I'm still pretty durn poor, so my diet hasn't gotten any better. I do still have some carrots and grapefruit and that helps, but I'm seriously eating just sandwiches or noodle-and-sauce packs. At least I'm not gaining any weight. Stayed steady at 128 even though I went to the gym only once last week.



As of tomorrow, TWO WEEKS TIL VACA! It's coming up so fast. I am totally not prepared. I still have to wrap up a couple projects, get a haircut, pack, buy snacks (stupid hypoglycemia, making me waste valuable luggage space on snacks), clean the apartment thoroughly for my friend's arrival next Friday, make plans for the Neon Graveyard on the first day of Vegas, make plans for the weekend my friend is in my city visiting me, and try to get down to 127. Whew!



Although, I'd really like to loose like, five lbs in the next two weeks. I know, I know. Wishful thinking. I'm just trying to woo this really pretty "new friend." I love saying how we met: he's my best friend's best friend's boyfriend's best friend. XD When Mike entered Sarah's life, Leslie, Sarah, and I started hanging out with Mike's group on occasion. That's when I met Sean, who is my type in every way and I'm really quite smitten. I feel super fat when I stand beside him, though, because while 15" taller than I am (he's 6'4" and I'm 5'1"!) he's still a bit skinnier than I am if we stand side by side! Our two groups are supposed to go boating soon and I'd love to look a bit better in a bikini and I know he'll look at my Vegas pictures (poolside at the Rio!) because he's a Trekkie, too. I felt pretty good about my body until I realized the giant of a man I'm crushing is THAT DAMN SKINNY.

Ah, CRUSHES. I am going through a little one myself now with a guy I am seeing - I totally forgot how good they make you feel. Don't stress about how you look next to him - I am sure he thinks you are a hottie pattotie the way you are :D. I can't wait to see some new pics of you from Vegas, you better post them on here. You're vacation will come up fast - I can't believe mine is over!!! 127 is totally doable for your trip, I know you'll get there. Keep practicing what your trainer did teach you, and you'll be good to go.

Gotta love crushes. Although I've been with my man for almost a year and a half, I still have a "crush" on him. I suppose thats a good sign!! :) Also I can relate... my BF is 6 ft tall and only weighs 150. Granted he's trying to gain weight and that is too skinny for him, I feel so large next to him sometimes! But he constantly tells me how amazing I look! Don't worry about it and enjoy your vacay!

Busy busy girl! And I'm sure he thinks you're tiny & adorable!! (disclaimer: I'm a mom so sometimes my compliments sometimes come across mom like lol you get the point though) And I googled weight lifting programs for women and for toning and found a few body building sites that had programs with video examples of how to do the exercises. Maybe try that? Have a great day doll! @Star: you're just too cute! lol btw how tall are you b/c you do NOT look like you weigh in the 150s...more like 130s

@allie: Seriously, Cloud 9. I'm so smitten I could just sit here with my hands in my chin and sigh all day long. @starbird: THAT'S DEFINITELY A GOOD SIGN, GIRL! And whoa, I don't think my crush is THAT tiny! He's definitely less than 200lbs, though. @NoChubbyMom: Sometimes when we stand to each other he'll start laughing and say, "GAH, YOU'RE ITTY!" so I hope he thinks I'm all skinny and cute. XD I have looked at those videos, but my first training session actually proved several of the exercises I had looked at online wrong. :S I could feel a huge difference between the trainer version and the ones I found online. They'll do for now, but I'd really just like to know how to do them properly!
