I have started a push. A three day push I am trying to eat as healthy a possible for these three days not a little or as little carbs just healthy eating lots of fruit and veggies and making sure I don't get too hungry between meals. The first day went well but that could very well be water weight it generally is.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
