yesterday I worked out a lot and hence sweated a lot therefore the weight is water weight. I have been pin pinging between my undesirable weights if I could just break out of this present state of torture to my more desirable weight.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
