We almost went for burger king for dinner, but luckily i drove straight home..both saved money and avoided more calories..plus the guilt that would have came after.
today is the first day and now im realizing that i need to cut back on the rice servings..
now it 7pm and i should NOT be snackin for the rest of the day..this is going to be a challenge just because after dinner is when cravings for chocolate and junk kick in..i have to stay dedicated or i will never break this habit
