This has been the area of weight I needed to break past for so long. My body doesn't want to go below 177-178.... I need to buckle down and push through. NO MORE FOOD EXCEPTIONS!!! Stick to your soup, fruit, vegetables, and lean meats ONLY!!!
178.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
