First day on this new WOE and so far so good..considering im at work for 12 hours... I turned 42 on August 8th and joined the gym the same day Ive been doing 40 minutes of cardio 4 days a week and me and a couple of other ladies decided to do this diet so im excited I have alot of weight to loose so I will be journaling threw out my journey :) Stacy[color=violet]
