so i'm back on the hcg diet again. i'm so happy cuz i found the drops, and other hcg products at the sunflower market. i got some appetite suppressant tablets, and i think they're working. my problem is, most of the time i eat just cuz it's there, not cuz i'm hungry. so i'm trying to make better snack choices.

saturday i had a "girl day" with my GF. we went shopping for her wedding dress. we started the day with brunch, and i chose the eggs benedict florentine w/veggies (spinach and mushrooms). i skipped the side potatoes, and chose a bowl of fresh fruit. since i had my tablets, i wasn't starving during the day. good thing, cuz i didn't eat my dinner salad (chicken caesar) till about 11:30 p.m., cuz we went to a baseball game after the shopping spree and pedis. all in all, it was a good day. i didn't lose weight that day, but i didn't gain any either. and by today, i had lost 1 lb. yay! :-)
