No complaints here. Progress is good and hunger is not as bad. Eating better snacks and more water is a big help. Pushing to hit the 300 mark soon.
312.6 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2541 kcal Fat: 104.39g | Prot: 124.83g | Carb: 278.86g.   Breakfast: Banana, scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Butter (Salted), Rotisserie Chicken, Italian Bread, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Spaghetti, Traditional Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other: Premium All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Syrup, Choc-O Lunch Cookies, Fuji Apples. more...
