My grilled cheese sandwich was hard to figure out the carb rate etc. It was my home made bread and it was a smaller size loaf and slice thin, hard to judge. It is hard to walk and exercise when it is 110° outside!!!!

You can use decimals in the portions number. If yours is lees than the full portion specified, you can type 0.8 for example. If the recipes are too complex or you can't find them, go by ingredient.
I'm just figuring this out too, hope it helps :-)

thanks I knew I could put in fractions, decimals could be easier. Ingredients for the bread would be hard to figure out, 5 loaves, 4, 1 pound loaves and one 2 pound loaf. All that kneading I probably burned more calories than what was contained in those 2 thin slices, lol
