I had a moment of weakness Sunday, and I had a unhealthy snack, but I got them out of my house and I'm working harder to burn that glazed donut off, it set me back more mentally than it did physically . I know I'm not prefect and I'm going to keep trying my best day by day an step by step, keep up the healthy eating!!!!!!
