1648 kcal Fat: 45.26g | Prot: 167.14g | Carb: 168.03g.   Breakfast: Kraft Feta Cheese, kraft swiss, Egg White, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), chocolate milk. Lunch: Whey Protein Concentrate, frozen strawberries, full circle milk, organic banana. Dinner: zevia, hyvee cottage cheese, kraft swiss, Ground Turkey (Jennie-O). Snacks/Other: Baked Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, Sweet and Hot Beef Jerky, Clif Builder's Peanut Butter. more...
