Homemade fish tacos with Greek yogurt slaw and of course habanero salsa 🔥 My neck is killing be so debating between a walk or some yoga after I get the kids to sleep! What are some of your go to neck/back pain remedies?

I use the foam roller for my back and for my neck, hypervolt. it a massage gun. 💪😁👍hope you feel better.

Thanks Kaikoo! I was planning on using our massage gun after I was able to soak the muscles a bit tonight but of course my 1 year old had other plans and woke up right after my workout 😂😭

Ibuprofen Is my go to. It’s an anti flam atory. plus gives good pain relief. Feel better

I alternate ice and a heating pad - 15 minutes of each until it feel better. I often use muscle rubs too. The fish looks good.
