One week and almost no progress. (Sigh!) Still, I got in a twenty-mile bike ride over the weekend. I kept alcohol consumption down to a minimum but I've got to bite the bullet and cut it out altogether if I'm going to make some gains (or losses, as the case may be).

1794 kcal Fat: 63.52g | Prot: 100.30g | Carb: 179.11g.   Breakfast: Butter (Salted), Arnold 100% Whole Grain Sandwich Thins, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup (Canned). Dinner: Pepperidge Farm Garlic Bread - Five Cheese, Linguine, Venison/Deer with Tomato-Based Sauce (Mixture). Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Watermelon, Blackberries, Apothic Red Wine. more...
