Ugh. spoke to Shaolin last weekend and he'd like me to compete at the IBJJF "Pan Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi Championship" in the 135 division.. so it looks like im dropping some more weight!

It's only 7 pounds though.. should be a snap... i think.
