7 day soup diet & hydroxycut working. I cheated w/ pistachios & animal crackers... but down 1.6 lbs since yesterday. I didn't starve. I ate 18oz of sliced green apples and nearly all of a 22oz bowl of mixed fruit with the 3 bowls of soup for the day... today is souo with veggies or salads all day.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
