Better attitude today, even though husband lost 2lbs last week, and I stayed the same. Guess I shouldn't complain because I didn't gain any weight.
Looking for more recipes to break boredom and I've looked at some really good ones.
Journaling and diet calendar on this site, plus using the Atkins community support site have given me encouragement and attitude that I'm not quitting !!!

I know how you feel! I have been at a stall for 2+ weeks now and I am trying hard to stay motivated by Atkins site, and Low Carb Blogs, etc... I know you can do it! Hang in there!
