100goodbye's Journal, 11 June 2015

Good and bad today... I worked out in my basement on my treadmill and on my weights... I went over the calorie count by 27% but the good news is I was still under 2000 calories and that was with going to a movie and having treats. Do I wish I had stayed at my 1500 calories? Yes. But I am ecstatic that I didn't overeat volume wise? Proud of me!
