Why is losing weight so hard?!

I know I didn't put it on overnight and I won't take it off overnight but I don't remember working this hard to put it on.

I'm taking things really slow this time. Right now, I'm focusing on my eating habits before I start my exercise routine. If I can get a handle on my food, I think the rest will come more easily for me.

I record just about everything here on Facebook (they have an application for Fatsecret). It's really cool. I'm on Facebook all the time so it's just easier for me to record my food there. If you're on Facebook, add me as a friend (www.facebook.com/bobbi.dust).

Anyway, I've got to get it right this time. I just found out that my father was diagnosed with diabetes and I certainly don't want that. Not to mention all of the other ailments that run rampant in my family.
