What woke me up in the middle of the night? I was rolling out of bed to use the restroom, and touched my thigh. But it sure didn't feel like my thigh! It was skinny! Had to hop on the scale, because it's been nearly 4 weeks without a loss. I'm only down one pound, but the difference is amazing! All my back fat and love handles are gone! I guess the rowing and weight lifting are really paying off. I'll be groggy all day, but I'm over the moon happy. Finally -- Progress!!
